I work with individuals to identify triggers, manage anxious thoughts, and develop effective coping strategies. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, I help clients regain a sense of calm and control. Therapy provides a space to explore the root causes of anxiety and build confidence in facing fears.
